Who am I?
An engineer by trade, I left the biomedical engineering world when I realized my passion was for people rather than research. I spent 5 years working as a strategic management consultant at Bain & Company before starting my own consulting firm in 2002.
Since 2003, I've run my own business and have helped develop leaders and teams around the world, working with everyone from professional service firms, to financial institutions, start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies.
